Paterson school bus route to experience delays until Christmas

Unfortunately, due to a variety of reasons, Lethbridge School Division's bus provider, Southland Transportation Ltd. (and most of Alberta), is still experiencing a driver shortage. Southland Lethbridge has not stopped training to fill the needs of our Division, but with live events happening amongst the regular drivers, some changes have been required so that routes are still covered and not cancelled due to drivers not in buses. Southland expects these changes to be in effect until the Christmas break has concluded, when Southland Lethbridge’s current class of drivers will graduate the training program and select routes, removing some and potentially all of these temporary changes. For Gilbert Paterson Middle School, the following school bus route will be impacted:
